 TAXES: The leading rightist party the Civic Democrats (ODS)
proposes that companies can pay VAT on invoices for which they
received money. Now companies have to pay the tax after they
issue an invoice. The measure would cost some 20 billion crowns
($1.06 billion) in the first three months, which the party plans
