CBANK MINUTES SHOW CONCERN OVER EXTERNAL GROWTH DUE TO DEBT CRISIS: Czech central bankers Pavel Rezabek and Robert Holman voted for stable interest rates at a May 6 meeting at which the bank surprisingly cut rates to a new record low, minutes from the vote showed on Friday.
