C.BANK VS IMF: Czech central bank Vice-Governor Miroslav Singer said the International Monetary Fund did make mistakes, such as misinterpreting data, that helped escalate the financial crisis in central and eastern Europe, defending comments of his colleague Mojmir Hampl.
He said he could not conclude that the mistakes were on purpose.
