Czech crown at lifetime high for 2nd straight day

...to 7 percent. 
    The crown firmed as high as 26.110 per euro  by 
0800 GMT, breaching Wednesday's high of 26.160. 
    Robust economic growth of about 6 percent a year, a surplus 
foreign trade balance and this year's four interest rate 
increases by the central bank have all helped the crown gain 
ground after a bout of weakness in the first half of this year.
