WARSAW, Dec 2 (Reuters) - Here are news stories, press

PGNiG <PGNI.WA>
Poland's gas monopoly PGNiG could merge with either or both
of the country's two refiners, PKN Orlen <PKNA.WA> and Lotos
<LTOS.WA>, but such a scenario would require careful analyses,
its chief executive told daily Rzeczpospolita.
DOM DEVELOPMENT <DOMD.WA>
ING cuts its target price for Poland's homebuilder Dom
Development to 15.4 zlotys from 37 zlotys and keep 'hold'
recommendation due to a sharp drop in damand for housing in
Poland.
GTC <GTCE.WA>
ING raises target price for property developer GTC to 25.3
zlotys from 21.4 zotys and keeps 'buy' recommendation, saying
the company has secured funding for all its projects under
construction.
PKO <PKOB.WA>
State-controlled PKO BP, Poland's second-largest bank by
assets, said on Monday it would propose to skip dividend payout
from its 2008 earnings. []
BRE BANK <BREP.WA>
Poland's medium-sized lender BRE Bank, a unit of Germany's
Commerzbank <CBKG.DE>, will pay no dividend from 2008 profit,
its chief executive was quoted as saying in daily Puls Biznesu.
TVN <TVNN.WA>
The national audience share of TVN, Poland's largest listed
media company, inched down to 18.4 percent in November, down
from 18.5 percent a year ago, the group said on Monday, citing
data from AGB Nielsen Media Research. []
PKN <PKNA.WA>
PKN Orlen rating depends on how it copes with rising debt
levels, the macroeconomic situation and what the firm would do
with cash from potential disinvesments, Fitch analyst Arkadiusz
Wicik told Reuters. []
WIND POWER PLANTS
Spanish investment fund Taiga Mistral plans to invest 160
million euros to build wind power plants across Romania over the
next four years, daily Ziarul Financiar writes.
EUROPEAN MARKETS
European stock index futures pointed to early losses on
Tuesday, adding to the previous session's 6 percent drop as
signs of a worsening global slowdown knocked down stocks on Wall
Street.
