SLOVAKIA SELLS EUR 222.7 MLN OF 322-DAY T-BILLS
Slovakia sold 222.7 million euros ($302.6 million) worth of 322-day treasury bills at an auction on Monday, the finance ministry's Debt and Liquidity Management Agency said.

JAN-FEB STATE BUDGET DEFICIT 780.3 MLN EUR
The Slovak central state budget showed a deficit of 780.3 million euros ($1.06 billion) for January and February, compared with the 185.1 million euros gap in the same period last year, the Finance Ministry data showed on Monday.

SPP IN TALKS WITH GAZPROM OVER COMPENSATIONS
The gas utility SPP, run by GDF Suez <GSZ.PA> and E.ON Ruhrgas <EONGn.DE>, has filed a lawsuit against Russian gas monopoly Gazprom <GAZP.MM> sources said. SPP sought compensation for a halt in gas supply to the EU last January. SPP did not confirm.

UKRAINE STOPS POWER EXPORTS TO SLOVAKIA
Ukraine has stopped exports of electricity power to Slovakia, Hungary and Romania for at least a month, due to a lack of coal in the country. The economy ministry saw no major impact due to Ukraine's power low share on country's total consumption.

PSA PEUGEOT SLOVAKIA PRODUCTION RISE
PSA Peugeot Citroen Slovakia said its production rose by nearly 10 percent last year to 203,732 completed cars, which made the car maker Slovakia's biggest car producer in 2009. The company aims to maintain its production at around the 2009 level this year.
