 The Statistics Office will publish December industrial
output data, 0800 GMT. Analysts surveyed by Reuters expected a

 Andris Piebalgs, the European Commissioner in charge of EU

 Slovakia sold 94.1 million euros ($127.9 million) worth of
14-year, 4.35 percent state bonds in an auction on Monday, the
finance ministry's Debt and Liquidity Management Agency (ARDAL)
