COALITION TALKS: Finance Minister Miroslav Kalousek, who is
the coalition party TOP 09 vice chairman, said party leaders
came close to an agreement "with some changes and some safety
mechanisms" that would enable to hold together the three-party
coalition government with a comfortable majority in the
parliament.

ECM REPORTS LOSS: Developer ECM <> reported a 2010
net loss of 94.5 million euros compared with 62.3 million euro
loss in 2009. Revenue fell to 4 million euros from 13.8 million
in 2009. The developer is trying to persuade its bond holders
that restructuring is a better solution than bankruptcy.

FINMIN AGAINST HIGHER TAX ON DIESEL: Finance Minister
Miroslav Kalousek said he would hold talks on the EU level
against the European Commission plan to impose a higher excise
tax on diesel to unify the petrol and diesel tax in individual
