CEZ COMPLAINT: Coal miner Sokolovska uhelna will file a
complaint at the Czech anti-monopoly office and European
Commission against CEZ <> for abusing its dominant
position.

CEZ DIVIDEND: CEZ <> chief Martin Roman reiterated
the company wants keep its dividend policy of paying out 50-60
percent of profit, and that the opinion of the finance ministry,
the main CEZ shareholder, on a dividend from 2010 profits is
reasonable.
Finance Minister Miroslav Kalousek has said he is willing to
accept only a small drop in dividend.
