DEBT CALENDAR: The Czech Finance Ministry plans to offer 50
billion crowns ($2.55 billion) in state bonds before the end of
2010, less than earlier expected and an amount dealers said
could be easily absorbed by the market.

END-AUG BUDGET: The Czech central state budget gap widened
to 78.67 billion crowns ($4 billion) at the end of August, the
Finance Ministry said on Wednesday.

CEE PMI: A surge in new orders boosted manufacturing in the
European Union's biggest emerging economies in August, adding
jobs and fuelling growth on the back of a better-than-expected
recovery in economic powerhouse Germany.

CEE MARKETS: Hungarian bond yields rose on Wednesday after
the central bank warned a new IMF deal may be needed if
sentiment soured, but yields were still lower on the day as the
forint rebounded against the Swiss franc.

offset cooler temperatures on Wednesday and drive down Czech

PENSION SPENDING: The deficit on social security is expected
to amount to 32 billion crowns in 2011, under the draft budget,
which is a similar amount to 2010. Pensions spending will reach
364 billion crowns, out of total spending of 1.18 trillion
crowns.
