by 13.0 percent versus a year earlier in February, below

INVESTORS NOT HAPPY IN CZECH REPUBLIC: A survey by the
German Chamber of Commerce showed that roughly 30 percent of
German investors in the Czech Republic would not repeat their
investment in the country if they were to do it again. The main
reasons include an irresponsible attitude in paying liabilities
and bad legal protection.

FORTUNA TARGETTING THE LOTTERY BUSINESS: Betting company
Fortuna <FOREsp.PR> plans to invest hundreds of millions of
crowns in to an ad campaign in the autumn to promote its new
lottery business, Fortuna's lottery department chief Martin
