CREDIT CRUNCH: Banks are curbing cashflow financing and make
companies use factoring instead due to rising interbank rates
which make corporate loans loss making.

CORPORATE LOANS: Corporate default rate rose to 6.4 percent
in September from 5.1 percent in July, the Czech central bank
data showed, illustrating growing problems of companies to pay
back debt. The bank expects the rate to rise further until the
