WARSAW, Feb 10 (Reuters) - Here are news stories, press

Europe's financial markets on Tuesday.
NETIA
Poland's No. 2 telecoms group Netia <NTIA.WA> raised its
2009 earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and
amortisation (EBITDA) forecast by 16 percent to 260 million
zlotys ($75.3 million), it said on Tuesday.
LOTOS
Lotos, Poland's No. 2 refiner <LTOS.WA> is in talks with
Azeri state oil firm Socar about cooperation, as the company
aims to diversify its oil and gas supplies to Europe, Puls
Biznesu quotes Lotos CEO and Polish ambassador in Azerbaijan as
saying.
BIOTON
A troubled Poland's insulin maker Bioton <BOTN.WA> may sell
two of its factories in Russia and Israel for 200 million
zlotys, Parkiet writes, without citing sources.
TVN
Polish broadcaster TVN <TVNN.WA> estimates the loss-making
pay TV operator 'n' cut 59 million zlotys ($17 million) from its
2008 pre-tax profit, or 14 million more than planned due to
currency effects. []
KETY
Poland's aluminium products maker Kety <KETY.WA> will cut 5
percent of its workforce by the end of this year as it battles
the impact of economic crisis. []
PETROM <SNPP.BX>
Romanian top oil and gas firm Petrom, owned by Austria's OMV
<OMVV.VI>, bought a 23.8 percent stake in airplane fuel provider
Petrom Aviation for 10.7 million lei ($3.3 million), raising its
stake to 93.1 percent, daily Business Standard reports.
ARCELOR MITTAL
ArcelorMittal Hunedoara, a Romanian unit of steel giant
ArcelorMittal <ISPA.AS>, has halted production late on Monday
until March 20 for upgrades, says local news agency Agerpres.
The firm has halted production repeatedly in recent months
because of falling demand.
EUROPEAN MARKETS
European shares were set to fall on Tuesday after Swiss bank
UBS <UBSN.VX> posted a huge fourth quarter loss and U.S. stock
futures were hit by a report that the U.S. Treasury had dropped
plans for a "bad bank".

The Dow industrials eased on Monday as falling oil prices
hurt energy shares and a brokerage raised concerns about
Coca-Cola and PepsiCo, blunting a rise in financial stocks on
