Republic are not becoming a threat and there are still strong
arguments for lowering interest rates, Czech central bank board

SLOWER DROP: Czech industrial output dropped by 7.3 percent
year-on-year in October, less than market expectations and the
smallest decline in a year, the Czech Statistics Office said in
a flash estimate on Monday.

GAS PRICES: Czech dominant gas supplier RWE Transgas will
cut natural gas prices for households by 0.6 percent on average
in the first quarter of 2010, the fourth quarter-on-quarter
decline in a row, it said on Monday.
