WORKERS TO BE PAID IN EUROS: Some Czech companies may
pay their workers partly in euros instead of crowns to offset
the negative effect of the fast appreciating Czech currency on
profits.

Cargo plans an initial public offering on the Prague Stock
Exchange in the second half of 2009, the company said. It may

FINMIN ON EURO ADOPTION: Czechs should try to set a credible
date for euro adoption rather than rush a decision about it,
finance minister Miroslav Kalousek said. Technically, adoption
