VIENNA FAVOURITE IN PSE SALE: Vienna stock market operator
Wiener Boerse is a favourite in the planned sale of the Prague
Stock Exchange (PSE). Warsaw Stock Exchange plans to file its
offer today although it was not invited in the tender and it is
not taking part in due diligence.

U.S. crisis may mean cutting next year's state budget
