LONG-TERM CROWN APPRECIATION: Central bank board member
Robert Holman said he expected the Czech Republic's economic
growth rate in the next decade to be around half the pace seen
in the past, when it was around 5-6 percent. He said the pace
will be faster than developed EU countries, and will lead to the
crown currency's gradual, long-term strengthening.
He also said in an interview he did not expect any type of
credit crunch in the country, and that lower lending is a result
of less demand for credit.
