MERO REFINERY OFFER: State-owned oil pipeline operator Mero
has offered $125 million for Royal Dutch Shell's <RDSa.L> 16
percent stake in refinery Ceska Rafinerska, according to
sources. This is lower than estimates the stake is worth $200
million.

introduce in two to three years a mid-sized sedan with a price
