long-term foreign currency credit rating to "A+" on Tuesday,
citing improvement in public finances and the introduction of
tax and spending reforms.

                                 CROWN OVERVALUED: The Czech crown has risen to unrealistic
levels and will have an impact on monetary policy decisions,
