                                 Rompetrol Rafinare <ROMP.BX>, the refining unit of Romania's

                                 Employees at Romania's largest bank BCR, majority owned by
Austria's Erste <ERST.VI>, will wear a white stripe on their
arms this week as a warning for a general strike, demanding less
working hours and compensation for extra-time at work, Ziarul

                                 European equities were seen gaining ground on Thursday,
