REUTERS POLL ON RATES: All analysts expect the bank to leave rates unchanged at record low 0.75 percent. Seventeen analyst groups participated in the survey. All said the next move would be a 25 bps hike. Five expect the rise in the rest of 2010, nine see it some time in 2011.

BANK STRESS TESTS: Czech central bank Vice Governor Miroslav Singer said he saw no reason to release details of bank stress tests by countries whose banks have no problems. He also said releasing the result would mean changing the bank secrecy law. He said he doubted this can be done by July when the EU plans to release the results.
